Service Description
Free monthly coaching to help staff progress their freestyle riding. This free monthly coaching session is exclusively for The Snow Centre staff who want to take their snowboarding beyond recreational riding and develop their flatland freestyle skills in a fun, welcoming environment. Whether you're just beginning to explore ground tricks or already have experience and want to refine your style, this 90-minute group session is open to all riders who are confident beyond the recreational standard of the main slope. Coaching is tailored to suit each rider's ability, allowing everyone to progress at their own pace while learning alongside others. Flatland riding is one of the best ways to improve balance, board control, creativity and confidence—skills that transfer directly into all areas of snowboarding, including piste riding, freestyle parks and the mountains. More than just a coaching session, this is an opportunity to become part of a friendly community of like-minded riders, share ideas, encourage one another and enjoy progressing together. New riders are always welcome, making every session a great chance to meet fellow staff members who share a passion for snowboarding. Cancellation Policy
Flight Freestyle Booking & Cancellation Policy Based at The Snow Centre, Manchester Booking Policy When you book a snowboard coaching session with Flight Freestyle, your session time is reserved for you. Cancellations Clients can cancel their booking themselves through the booking system up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the session receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable, unless Flight Freestyle agrees otherwise at its discretion. Rescheduling Clients can reschedule their booking themselves through the booking system up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be to another session of the same value. Requests made less than 24 hours before the session cannot normally be accommodated and may be non-refundable. Late Arrival or Non-Attendance Late sessions will normally finish at the scheduled time, and lost time cannot be guaranteed. Non-attendance without at least 24 hours' notice will be treated as a late cancellation and no refund will be due. Lift Passes All bookings made through the Flight Freestyle website for sessions at The Snow Centre, Manchester, are for coaching ONLY. All participants MUST have a valid lift pass to take part. Anyone without a valid lift pass will be denied access to the slope until they have one. No refund will be provided where a participant cannot take part because they do not have a valid lift pass. Photography & Video By booking a Flight Freestyle session, you agree that photographs and/or video footage taken during the session may be used by Flight Freestyle on social media, its website and for other marketing purposes. If you do not wish to appear in such footage, please email info@flightfreestyle.com quoting your booking number before your session. We will ensure your footage is not used for these purposes. Changes or Cancellations by Flight Freestyle If Flight Freestyle needs to cancel or reschedule a session due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, we will contact the client as soon as possible and offer an alternative session or appropriate refund. Acceptance of This Policy By making a booking, the client confirms they have read and accepted this Booking & Cancellation Policy. Flight Freestyle reserves the right to review and amend this policy where necessary.
