Junior PARK CLUB INTAKE Your first step into the Flight Freestyle Junior Park Club. Junior PARK CLUB INTAKE is a dedicated one-hour introduction for riders under 16 who are ready to join our regular PARK CLUB. Designed to make the transition smooth and enjoyable, this session gives new riders the opportunity to settle in, build confidence and get comfortable before becoming part of the weekly club. The session begins 30 minutes before PARK CLUB, giving riders time to meet Coach Dave, become familiar with the freestyle park and learn in a calm, low-pressure environment. During the final 30 minutes, riders seamlessly join the existing PARK CLUB, helping them get to know the other juniors and feel part of the group from day one. The focus of the Intake session is safety, confidence and park awareness. Riders will learn how to safely approach and use freestyle features, understand park etiquette, recognise potential hazards and develop the awareness needed to ride respectfully alongside others. It's also the perfect opportunity to get to know Coach Dave and ask questions before joining the full session. By the end of the hour, every rider should feel confident, prepared and excited to become a member of PARK CLUB. What to expect: - 1 hour introductory session for new PARK CLUB riders - Starts 30 minutes before the regular PARK CLUB session with a 30-minute overlap into PARK CLUB with the regular riders to help settle in - Learn freestyle park safety and etiquette - Understand how to use ride a box and kicker responsibly - Build confidence in a relaxed, supportive environment - Meet Coach Dave and get to know the other junior riders - Expert coaching from Dave, with over 20 years of experience in the snowsports industry - Safety comes first. All riders must wear a back protector during the session. If you don't already - have one, back protectors are available from the Flight Freestyle Shop on our website. Cancellation Policy
Flight Freestyle Booking & Cancellation Policy for PARK CLUB INTAKE Based at The Snow Centre, Manchester Booking Policy When you book a snowboard PARK CLUB INTAKE coaching session with Flight Freestyle, your session time is reserved specifically for you. We understand that plans can change, so we offer flexible cancellation and rescheduling options. Cancellations Clients can cancel their booking themselves through the booking system up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time of their session. Bookings cancelled at least 24 hours before the session starts are eligible for a full refund of the coaching fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session start time are non-refundable, unless Flight Freestyle agrees otherwise at its discretion. Rescheduling Clients can reschedule their booking themselves through the booking system up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Rescheduling is subject to availability and can be moved to another available session of the same value. Requests to reschedule less than 24 hours before the session start time cannot normally be accommodated and may be treated as a cancellation without refund. Late Arrival or Non-Attendance If a client arrives late, the session will normally still finish at the originally scheduled time and the lost time cannot be guaranteed to be made up. If a client does not attend their session without providing at least 48 hours' notice, the booking will be treated as a late cancellation and no refund will be due. Changes or Cancellations by Flight Freestyle If Flight Freestyle needs to cancel or reschedule a session due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, we will contact the client as soon as possible and offer an alternative session or appropriate refund. Acceptance of This Policy By making a booking with Flight Freestyle, the client confirms that they have read and accepted this Booking & Cancellation Policy. Flight Freestyle reserves the right to review and amend this policy where necessary.
