WHY BOOK A 1 HOUR PRIVATE WITH A COACH? Booking a private coaching session is designed to help you get the most out of your freestyle skiing/snowboarding either in the park or just on the slope. Having a coach is like having your best friend just when you need them most! Full of knowledge and experience to help you avoid the lows and enjoy more highs. CAN I BOOK A PRIVATE FOR MORE THAN 1 PERSON? Yes! When making your booking you can add extra people to the booking for both junior's and adults. WHY BOOK WITH FLIGHT FREESTYLE? You will receive coaching from the same coach, from an excellent coach, every single time. With over 15 years experience, your expert snowsports coach Dave Chapman is here to help you 100% of the way! Learn from your mistakes and put those bad days behind you. You will receive expert coaching on the real snow slope at The Snow Centre, Manchester. You will need a valid lift pass along with your booking on this website for you session to go ahead which can be purchased directly from The Snow Centre (see links page). WHERE DO WE MEET? Adults meet ON THE SNOW at the bottom of the slope, Juniors (-18) meet near reception under the big windows just before your session starts. WHAT DO I NEED? Helmet Back protector (if junior in the park) Warm clothes that cover arms and legs Gloves Ski/snowboard boots Skis/snowboard Please be ready to go with all your kit on, lift pass to cover your session and snowboard in hand. CAN I BOOK EVEN IF I HAVE AN INJURY? Yes! If you are carrying an injury of any kind either mentally or physically just let your coach know as this will help better understand your needs and help towards a more enjoyable session. DO I NEED A BACK PROTECTOR? Juniors MUST have a back protector if being coached in the park. No back protector, no coaching in the park. Adults are highly recommended to wear a back protector for your own safety. If you do not have one, you can purchase an EVOC Back Protector Vest from the shop on this website in women, mens and junior sizes. Cancellation Policy
Flight Freestyle Booking & Cancellation Policy - Based at The Snow Centre, Manchester Booking Policy When you book a snowboard coaching session with Flight Freestyle, your session time is reserved specifically for you. We understand that plans can change, so we offer flexible cancellation and rescheduling options. Cancellations Clients may cancel their booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time of their session. Where a booking is cancelled at least 24 hours before the session starts, the client will be eligible for a full refund of the coaching fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session start time are non-refundable, unless Flight Freestyle agrees otherwise at its discretion. Rescheduling Clients may reschedule their coaching session up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be arranged with Flight Freestyle before the 24-hour cut-off. Where a session is rescheduled within the permitted timeframe, the booking may be moved to another available session of the same value. Requests to reschedule made less than 24 hours before the session start time cannot normally be accommodated and may be treated as a cancellation without refund. Late Arrival or Non-Attendance If a client arrives late, the session will normally still finish at the originally scheduled time and the lost time cannot be guaranteed to be made up. If a client does not attend their session without providing at least 24 hours' notice, the booking will be treated as a late cancellation and no refund will be due. Changes or Cancellations by Flight Freestyle If Flight Freestyle needs to cancel or reschedule a session due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, we will contact the client as soon as possible and offer an alternative session or appropriate refund. Acceptance of This Policy By making a booking with Flight Freestyle, the client confirms that they have read and accepted this Booking & Cancellation Policy. Flight Freestyle reserves the right to review and amend this policy where necessary.
